1. Agreement
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and BeastAI. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. By using the Service, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
2. Definitions
- “Service” means beastgenerator.xyz and features we operate (generator UI, APIs used by our own frontends, community features, and related systems).
- “Account” means a user profile that may store status flags (e.g., premium access, warnings) and usage data (e.g., tokens).
- “Prompt” means text/tags/settings and any user-submitted inputs used to generate Outputs.
- “Output” means any media generated by the Service in response to a Prompt.
- “Tokens” means usage credits required for generation and/or premium features (where applicable).
- “Subscription” means a recurring paid plan billed through Stripe (where applicable).
- “Violation” means any breach of these Terms, our rules, or applicable law.
3. Eligibility (18+)
You represent that you are 18+ and legally permitted to access adult content where you live.
4. Account Registration & Security
4.1 You’re responsible for your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your Account.
4.2 No impersonation
You may not impersonate others or attempt to access accounts you do not control.
4.3 Multiple accounts
Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits, moderation, warnings, billing rules, or enforcement actions is prohibited.
5. Acceptable Use
You may use the Service to create adult-themed fantasy imagery that complies with these Terms and applicable law. You agree to use the Service responsibly and not to use it to generate illegal, exploitative, or harmful content.
6. Prohibited Content
You may not generate, request, depict, or attempt to generate any prohibited content. This includes real or fictional variations, “looks like,” implied scenes, and coded language.
6.1 Underage / juvenile content (zero tolerance)
- Any depiction of minors or anyone under 18.
- Underage-coded bodies, faces, school settings, age-play, “teen,” “young,” “juvenile,” or similar framing.
6.2 Illegal, exploitative, or non-consensual content
- Non-consensual sex acts, coercion, rape, forced scenes, blackmail.
- Sexual exploitation, trafficking, or content intended to facilitate illegal activity.
- Revenge imagery, threats to publish, or any content intended to harass, defame, or extort.
6.3 Harmful or disturbing content
- Graphic violence, gore, mutilation, torture, severe injury.
- Harmed people or animals, cruelty, or violence toward animals.
6.4 Prohibited fetish categories (not allowed on this Service)
- Pee / urine (watersports)
- Scat
- Blood / gore
- Vore
- Diapers
- Juveniles / underage-coded content
- Prolapse
- Mutilation
- Harmed people or animals
7. Moderation, Warnings & Enforcement
We operate the Service with strict rules. We may block requests and take enforcement action to protect users, the platform, and legal compliance.
7.1 Actions we may take
- Block generation requests
- Issue warnings or strikes
- Restrict features, rate-limit, remove community access
- Suspend or permanently ban an Account
7.2 Warning acknowledgement
If your Account is flagged with warnings, the Service may require you to acknowledge rules before continuing. Continued use confirms you accept these Terms.
7.3 Appeals
You may request review by creating a support ticket at support.beastai.net. We may review but are not required to reverse enforcement decisions.
8. Subscriptions, Tokens & Billing
Some features may require Tokens or an active Subscription. Billing is processed through Stripe.
8.1 Tokens
- Tokens are usage credits for generation and premium features (where applicable).
- Token costs, limits, and availability may change for operational or anti-abuse reasons.
8.2 Subscription status
- Subscription benefits apply while the Subscription is active and in good standing.
- Failed payments may result in reduced access until resolved.

10. Cancellation (Manual) & Access End Date
Cancellation is handled manually through our support portal. Create a ticket at support.beastai.net. When cancellation is processed, access continues until the end of your current billing cycle unless otherwise required by Stripe plan mechanics.
If you stop using the Service without cancelling, your billing may continue until cancellation is processed.
11. Chargebacks, Fraud & Abuse
Initiating a chargeback, fraudulent dispute, or attempting to reverse charges after using the Service may result in immediate termination and permanent banning.
12. Intellectual Property
The Service (including the website design, UI, logos, and software) is owned by BeastAI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to access and use the Service under these Terms.
13. User Content, Prompts & Outputs
13.1 Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for your Prompts and any Outputs you choose to save, share, publish, or distribute.
13.2 Outputs
BeastAI does not claim ownership of Outputs. However, you agree not to use Outputs for illegal, abusive, or harmful purposes.
13.3 License to operate
You grant BeastAI a limited license to process your Prompts and generate Outputs solely to provide, maintain, and secure the Service, including moderation and abuse prevention.
14. Real-Person Content & Consent
You may not use the Service to create sexual, abusive, or defamatory content depicting real people without explicit consent. If you submit any real-person image inputs (including for private face models), you represent you have the rights and permission to do so.

15. Takedowns & Reports
If you believe content violates these Terms or your rights, contact us via our support portal with enough information to locate the content (usernames, timestamps, links, screenshots, and a clear description of the issue).

16. Third Parties & Availability
The Service may rely on third-party providers (e.g., Cloudflare, Stripe, Vast.ai). We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and outages may occur due to maintenance, demand, or third-party interruptions.
17. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We make no warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Outputs are generated algorithmically and may be unexpected, inaccurate, offensive, or unusable. You are responsible for reviewing Outputs.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeastAI and its operator(s) will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or revenue.
To the extent liability cannot be excluded, BeastAI’s total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim (or $10 USD if you paid nothing), whichever is greater.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BeastAI and its operator(s) from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service, Prompts, Outputs, or violation of these Terms or law.
20. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason related to safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, billing fraud, chargebacks, or violations. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
21. Export, Sanctions & Lawful Use
You agree not to use the Service in violation of any applicable laws, including export control laws and sanctions regulations. You may not use the Service in jurisdictions where adult content is illegal or where your access would violate local law.
22. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

23. Governing Law / Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought in the courts located in Indiana unless otherwise required by applicable law.
24. Miscellaneous
- Severability: If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
- No waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign as part of operation or transfer.
- Entire agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement regarding the Service.
