1) Takedown policy & non-consensual intimate imagery
We take reports of non-consensual intimate imagery seriously — including AI-generated or edited content (“deepfakes”). Our process is designed to comply with applicable U.S. law, including the TAKE IT DOWN Act where applicable, by providing a clear reporting path and acting promptly on valid requests.
2) What you can request us to remove
- Non-consensual intimate visual depictions of an identifiable person (real or AI-generated).
- Reposts / identical copies of the same content once we have notice.
- Stolen or private photos uploaded without permission.
- Other content that violates consent, safety rules, or applicable law.
3) How to submit a takedown request (ticket only)
Create a support ticket at https://support.beastai.net/. Please include as much detail as you can so we can locate the content quickly and act fast.
Include these details
- Direct link(s) (URL) to the content, or exact location/path if no public link exists.
- What’s wrong (ex: “non-consensual intimate image”, “AI deepfake”, “stolen private photo”).
- Who is depicted (you, or you’re an authorized representative).
- Your contact details so we can follow up if we need clarifications.
- A statement of consent: confirm you did not consent to publication (or you’re reporting on behalf of the person depicted).
Helpful extras
- Other links to reposts/duplicates you’ve found.
- Approximate dates/times the content appeared.
- Usernames involved (if visible).
- Screenshots (helpful when links change).
4) Enforcement
If content violates consent or safety rules, we may remove content, remove models, limit features, suspend accounts, or permanently ban accounts.
