1) Law enforcement & legal requests
We take valid legal requests seriously and we also respect user privacy. When we receive properly scoped, valid legal process, we may preserve and/or disclose information as required by applicable law.
Important: The only way to submit a request is through a ticket at https://support.beastai.net/.
2) What to include
- Your agency/organization name and jurisdiction.
- The type of request (preservation, subpoena, court order, etc.).
- Identifiers we can search (usernames, URLs, timestamps, transaction IDs, etc.).
- A clear description of what you’re requesting and why.
- Attached documentation (when applicable).
3) Emergency situations
If there is an immediate risk of harm, contact local emergency services. You may also create an emergency ticket with “URGENT” in the subject and provide all available details and documentation. We will review as quickly as possible.
4) Limits
We may reject overly broad requests, requests without valid authority, or requests that conflict with privacy obligations. We aim to disclose the minimum required by law and only when appropriately compelled.
