1) Copyright policy (DMCA)
We respect intellectual property. If you believe content on our services infringes your copyright, you can request removal by submitting a DMCA-style report through our support portal.
2) What to include in a copyright report
To help us process quickly, include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
- The exact URL(s) or location of the allegedly infringing material.
- Your name and contact details.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
- A statement that the information is accurate (and, where required, made under penalty of perjury).
- Your typed signature (your full legal name is usually sufficient).
Tip: If there are multiple copies, include every URL you have. It speeds removal.
3) Counter-notices
If content is removed due to a copyright report and you believe it was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice via a support ticket. We may require additional details to validate the request.
We may refuse incomplete notices, abusive notices, or requests that appear fraudulent.
4) Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly infringe or repeatedly upload stolen works may be restricted or banned.
