1) Consent is required for private face models
Our private face model feature helps users keep a consistent likeness — but it only works responsibly when consent is respected.
Consent rule: You may only train a face model on photos if you are the person depicted,
or you have explicit permission from every person shown in the training images.
2) What we require before training
- You must acknowledge you have permission to use the likeness in the uploaded images.
- You must agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- If consent is unclear or disputed, we may disable or remove access while we review.
3) What you must NOT upload
- Minors (anyone under 18) — never.
- Photos of strangers, public figures, or “found online” images without permission.
- Hidden-camera, voyeuristic, or private images.
- Any image you do not own or do not have rights to use.
4) Reporting consent violations
If you believe a face model was trained without consent, create a support ticket at https://support.beastai.net/ and include links, usernames, screenshots, and details you have.
