1) Acceptable use (plain English)
Use our tools responsibly. You are responsible for what you upload, what you generate, and how you use the outputs. If your use creates risk for others or violates the rules below, we may remove content and restrict or ban accounts.
Core rule: Only generate content you have the rights and consent to create.
2) Prohibited content and behavior
- Any content involving minors (under 18) in sexual contexts is strictly forbidden.
- Non-consensual intimate content (real or AI-generated) and “revenge” imagery.
- Harassment, threats, stalking, doxxing, extortion, or targeted humiliation.
- Impersonation intended to harm or deceive others.
- Anything illegal in your jurisdiction or ours.
Reminder: “I found these photos online” is not consent and is not permission.
3) Enforcement actions
Depending on the situation, enforcement can include: content removal, model removal, feature restrictions, temporary suspension, permanent bans, and preservation of logs where required for safety/legal reasons.
4) Reporting violations
Create a ticket at https://support.beastai.net/ with as much detail as possible (links, usernames, screenshots, dates).
